Not A Good Experience!!!!

I purchased this app this morning at it has frozen with every attempt to transcode more than one file. Whats worse is that when it freezes, it causes my finder window, and therefore my whole system, to freeze forcing me to do a hard shutdown of my machine. Ive read the reviews by people saying it crashes, however I assumed these were isolated instances…I was wrong. This app obviously does not work and for someone who works in video heavily, the amount of time wasted dealing with these types of problems is unforgivable. Very very disappointed with this app! It doesnt seem like a refund is an option either!!!!!!!!!
