Bad Support

I install this program on my MacBook Pro with mountain Lion. I have also last Quicktime and FC Studio 7 and the new FC on my computer. The program can not find the Apple ProRes Files. But they are still on the computer. Wenn I go on this files and try to open them with this program it is also not working.
